Mortgage Expert Garanti, bringing another first, puts REIDIN.com's “REIDIN.com Real Estate Index” into service on the renewed Garanti Mortage website (www.garantimortgage.com). In its first phase, REIDIN.com Real Estate Index, generated with contributions from Mortgage Expert Garanti, will feature monthly and annual yields based on sales and rental price levels in the real estate markets of Turkey's 6 major cities (Adana, Ankara, Bursa, İstanbul, İzmir, Kocaeli). REIDIN.com, covering the real estate markets in 42 countries, is considered to be one of the world's most important information providers.

Additionally, all kinds of information regarding mortgage is available through Garanti Mortgage's renewed website (www.garantimortgage.com). On the website, through the “Select Mortgage” section, Turkey's widest range of products, and through the “Find Real Estate” section, listings of over 300.000 homes for sale and rent are accessed. In the “Get Information” section, comparison charts and recommendations from the Mortgage Experts are provided to help customers in finding the most suitable real estate alternatives. Additionally, through the instant messaging service, customers have the option to chat with Online Mortgage Experts, ask questions and make applications. About Mortgage Experts Garanti’s REIDIN.com Real Estate Index REIDIN Real Estate Index Sales and Rental index covers 6 major cities in Turkey consisting of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Bursa and Kocaeli and their counties.
