Egypt’s finance minister, Momtaz El-Saeed has announced the World Bank has approved a $200m loan to fund Egypt’s small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs) through the Social Development Fund, Ahram has reported. The World Bank also offered help in repatriating Egypt's stolen funds by sending a team of experts to give legal and technical advice, El-Saeed said
