Mawten Real Estate Co has been awarded the contract for the third residential investment project in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City by Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), Arab News has reported. According to the agreement, Mawten is to invest SR124m for the development of two residential complexes. The area of the residential complex, which will be established by Mawten Real Estate Company, is 18,000 sq m, while the area of the other complex is 16,000 sq m composed of 1,773 residential units to accommodate 6,000 workers and technicians.
