Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed by the owners of U-bora Tower in Business Bay Dubai as the managing agents for the building. Owned by a South Korean fund management company, the new 60-storey, 725,000 sq ft Grade A office tower building features fully fitted open plan floor plates, a 28-metre high reception area and 26 high speed elevator, as well as a number of associated free services for tenants such as shuttle buses, VIP pick-up and conference rooms.
