Canada-based engineering and construction firm, SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. has announced its Saudi-based joint venture, SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering (SLFE) has acquired the industrial division of Zuhair Fayez Partnership. The $40m acquisition comes as SLFE prepares to bid on engineering contracts that include on- and offshore oil and gas production and processing, infrastructure projects and refining and petrochemical facilities.
