The Saudi labour ministry has announced only women are to staff cosmetics and perfume shops from June 30, Arab News has reported. "The decision was made last year. The shops had enough time to prepare themselves for employing saleswomen," said assistant secretary for development at the ministry, Fahd Al-Tikhaifi.
