Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Towers for Real Estate has said almost all outlets at its luxury retail destination The Avenue have been leased, Gulf News has reported. Among the 30-odd names that have space in the Avenue include Cartier, Salvatore Ferragamo, IWC and Bally, said Richard Foulds, property manager at Etihad Towers. "All the outlets were pre-let, though we are holding back a couple to ensure the mix is right," Foulds said. "The discussions started in the middle of last year and the intention was always to create an exclusive collection of designer stores," he said.
