Capital Gate, Abu Dhabi’s leaning glass tower has become successful in attracting people as more than 60 percent development has been leased. Etihad Rail will be the anchor tenant in this development. The tower is located next to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and leans four times more than the Italy’s famous Pisa Tower. The transportation company, Etihad Rail, is working on transforming the rail infrastructure network in the UAE and connecting it with the GCC rail network, has leased more than 4,000 sq ft of the leaning glass building.
According to the ADNEC spokesperson, Etihad Rail will emerge as a symbolic company thinking about the future generation of the UAE while meeting the philosophy of Capital Gate’s construction and design.
Capital Gate is now more than 60 percent leased or in the process of being leased. Capital Gate is equipped with modern and world class facilities. Since Etihad Rail has leased Capital Gate, it has become the preferred location for companies, planning to work in Abu Dhabi. Capital Gate also possesses a luxury five star hotel, Hyatt Capital Gate, located above the offices.
