- Franshion has entered into a cooperation agreement with LongHigh Group to inject a sum of RMB150 mn as consideration for the acquisition of 51% of the equity interest in one of its project companies.
- The Land, located at Yacheng Town, Sanya, is a comprehensive development land, which is expected to be developed by the end of 2014 into a project consisting of hotels, residential properties, commercial properties and corporate headquarters.
