- By the end of May, new home sales in Beiing have kept its upward trend momentum for a fourth month in a row with new commodity housing sales exceeding 8,000 units for the first time since February 2011 when purchase restrictions were implemented in the Beijing market.
- Judging from the strong sales volume in May, new home sales in Beijing have bottomed out and been improving gradually and the market seems to have stopped waiting.
