- Beijing Tongzhou Real Estate Development Limited have acquired two land parcels of mixed-use at consideration of RMB156 mn and RMB189 mn respectively with floor price of RMB11,800/sqm, the historic high of this kind in Tongzhou District.
- In spite of the small floor area and relatively low total cost, the floor price has broken the ice of the land market in Beijing by bouncing back to 10,000 yuan for the first time in the recent three years in Tongzhou.
