- Due to the sales upturn of the housing market, average selling price of ordinary housing hit RMB21,000/sqm in June in Beijing, an increase of 18% or nearly RMB3,200/sqm compared to that of RMB17,943/sqm recorded in January.
- New home sales by volume hit 11,983 units in June in Beijing, up 14.1% MoM and 38.5% YoY, a record high level for the year of 2012.
