CapitaMalls Asia Limited signed a partnership agreement with Sifang District, Qingdao in June 2012 to build a shopping centre with a GFA of 100,000 sq m in the Xinduxin Area. The company states that Qingdao is one of its primary focus cities and that it plans to set up two or three projects there in the future.
