Tianjin TEDA Group held a foundation-laying ceremony this month, kicking off the construction of the group’s next retail development in Tianjin. TEDA Fashion Square is positioned as a high-end retail project, featuring children’s entainment, restaurants, shopping centre, ice rink and theatre. Located at the junction of Fourth Street and Beihai Road, the development has a GFA of 100,800 sqm. With an estimated total investment of RMB680 million , the development is scheduled to be completed by April 2014.
