Agile released its monthly property sales figures on June 12, showing that in the first five months of 2012, its contracted sales totaled RMB 10.9 billion and 1.027 million square meters. During the same period, its average selling price recorded approximately RMB 10,626 per square meter.
In May, Agile recorded a contracted sales value of RMB 2.4 billion, up 18 percent from a year earlier. Contracted sales area reached approximately 271,000 square meters, up 20 percent year on year. During the period, the average selling price recorded some RMB 8,868 per square meter.
