Kheng Leong Buys Shanghai Plot for RMB 610 Million

A subsidiary of Singaporean developer Kheng Leong purchased a plot of land in Shanghai for RMB 610 million, according to local media reports. 



Peak Shines Pte. Ltd acquired a parcel in Shanghai New Jiangwan Town covering a total site area of 40,089 square meters and total gross floor area of 51,525 square meters, designated for mixed use. The estimated accommodation cost for the residential component is approximately RMB 14,780 per square meter, a premium of nearly 26 percent.



The plot is located west of Zhenghe Road, north of Guohong Road, east of Zhengcheng Road, and south of Guoxiao Road.
