Riva is a large, low-density riverside project under construction in Yuen Long East. Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), Riva has a tranquil and soothing location with mountains as a backdrop, and the views, planning, and design are similar to SHKP's Valais and Severn 8.
The project will provide 25 blocks of low-density luxury apartments (with many special units) and 48 riverside garden houses offering about 800 units. Most of the units will be over a thousand square feet. A large clubhouse will be built and located by theriver and mountains.
SHKP spokesmen said: "Riva will be a luxury development by the Kam Tin River. The planning and design of the project were carefully outlined based on the blueprints of modern Italian architecture. The name Riva is Italian for riverside, which highlights the views of the river and emerald hills. Riva will have fine architectural details and a comprehensive transport network. It will be a rare large low-density riverside project with an imposing elegance."
