As the luxury residential supply in Kowloon is limited for the coming few years, the market has recently picked up with large transactions recorded. According to market news, a unit in The Arch Sky Tower was sold for HK$128mn or HK$50,854 psf - surpassing the record of duplex units in the nearby The Harbourside Tower, making it the most expensive luxury flat in Kowloon.
