Following Henderson Land Development (12), Kowloon Development (34) released the price list of the first batch of Cadogan yesterday. In the first batch, there will be a total of 51 units selling for an average price of HK$16,603 psf (by construction area) - higher than High West by 16.2%; the base cost is HK$6.64mn. According to market news, there are already 60 units reserved and the project will be open for sale earliest on Friday.
