Some developers plan to raise offer prices and cut discounts in their new home sales upon stable transactions in the sales. Among which, Chatham Gate, developed by Shun Tak and SHKP launched another five units and sold in form of a basket for HK$160 million. Developers, including Kerry Properties, decided to raise offer prices by 3-5% from their original prices, after three units at Marinella were sold for close to HK$ 20,000 psf. Moreover, a mainland buyer bought a unit in One WanChai, developed by Chinese Estates and the URA for HK$22 million.
