Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd has recently launched its 'Green Imperiale' development at Pujut 1, Miri, with General Manager-cum-Green Summit Executive Director Hii Sing Lung and Managing Director Kor Ooi Long gracing the ceremony, according to a report by the Borneo Post.
Featuring three-storey semi detached houses, the project comprises 10 homes measuring 359.4 sq ft to 481.1 sq ft and priced from RM898,000 to RM958,000 per unit.
Green Imperiale's houses are now available for bookings, with early bookers receiving sign-up gifts such as free alarm and auto gate, as well as fees absorbed by the developer - namely, legal fees on sales and purchase agreement as well as stamp duty on sales and purchase agreement.
Noteworthy fittings include added value anti-termite protection, asphalt felt underlay on galvanised steel trusts (extraordinary) and 'IKO shingle' roof tiles with WPC plywood.
The houses also feature seven-inch tall gate and fencing, external painting with eight years warranty, high quality tiles and sanitary ware, plus three bays of vehicle line-up.
Other projects by Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd, which are still available, include Green Tropicana in Tudan and Sevenew Phase 2 in Pujut 7.
Moreover, properties open for registration include 32 houses at Lopeng and commercial units in Niah Jaya and Senadin.
