New tenants in office buildings of Liebrecht & Wood

Simba Toys Poland will open its new office in Flanders Business Park and Emig has extended its office lease agreement for a further three years in the Green House Building, developers Liebrecht & Wood recently announced.

Simba Toys Poland is a subsidiary of the German company Simba Dickie Group and one of Europe's five largest producers and distributors of toys. The tenant will move to Flanders Business Park Building A in September and will take an office with over 875 sqm.

Emig is a leading manufacturer of juices, nectars and fruit drinks, which is part of the British group Gerber Foods Holdings Ltd. The company is currently in the Green House office building with over 252 sqm. According to the amended contract, the term of the lease has been agreed for a further three years.

Flanders Business Park consists of two office buildings with total area 14,500 sqm. Among its current tenants includes: Civil Aviation Authority, Unisys, ISS Facility Services, IFS CEE, Sandler Training, Edelman, Hay Group, the Consortium Advisory - Training and Wild Flavors.

Green House is a three-storey office building located along Hankiewicza 2, inaugurated in 1992. One of the main tenants of the building is Weltbild Poland.
