The property at 8 Chang Charn Road comprises a warehouse, conference room and showroom on level 1 and the mezzanine. The second to fifth storeys include offices, reception, pantry, bathroom and warehouse, while the sixth storey features a multi-purpose hall, bathroom and offices. The property is being sold for an asking price of S$45 million, subject to negotiation.
