PropertyGuru.com.sg : By Romesh Navaratnarajah: A residential site (pictured) at Pheng Geck Avenue (Parcel B) has been awarded to Santarli Corporation after it submitted the highest bid of S$114.8 million in a public tender.
The land parcel was launched by the URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) under the confirmed list of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for 1H2012 and has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 16,977 sq m and a site area of 4,850.5 sq m.
The tender for the site closed on 28 June with a total of 13 bids received from developers.
