PropertyGuru.com.sg : By Romesh Navaratnarajah: A reserve list site slated for hotel or commercial-residential development at Victoria Street / Jalan Sultan (pictured) has been launched for public tender, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
The 8,423.2 sq m site is expected to yield a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 30,977 sq m. It was triggered for sale on 1 August after an interested developer committed a minimum bid of S$148,688,550.
Located near two Historic Districts – Little India and Kampong Glam – the site provides easy access to entertainment and shopping precincts via the Lavender MRT station.
The tender for the site will close on 11 October 2012.
